In a proactive effort to engage with the community and surrounding area, Wellbuilt Company has engaged with local community organizations, the City of Stamford, and the Connecticut State DOT to find ways to refurbish and repurpose unutilized open space on the Stamford East Side to create a community urban park. Wellbuilt Company is looking forward to this prospective project.
East Side Greenway Connector
The East Side Greenway Connector is a community-centered mobility Concept in which Wellbuilt is actively involved. At the heart of this project lies a vision to provide a safe and accessible route for pedestrians and bicyclists, seamlessly linking Stamford’s East side with Downtown Stamford, the train station, and many other city assets the community relies on. By doing so, we are not just promoting greener modes of transportation but are actively investing in the health and well-being of our citizens.
Stamford Off Main Experience
At Wellbuilt, our commitment to community involvement has been a source of pride. Engaging with local residents and supporting every member of the neighborhood, we were thrilled to contribute to the success of the Stamford Off Main Experience. This collaboration with our partners, Rise Up Group, Stamford Murals, and Stamford Chamber, took place at The Stillwater Stamford in 2022 and Mill River Park in 2023.

We proudly donated our demolition site to Stamford Firehouses for training and demos.
At Wellbuilt we are committed to Community Development. The site will be the future home of The Lafayette Stamford, a 130 unit multi-family development with commercial retail space and outdoor park areas. Opening in 2024.
