Starting his career at a top-tier firm in Australia, Mitch quickly showed his commitment to excellence. He has managed, developed, and contracted various projects across Sydney, Aspen, Boston, Washington DC, New York, and Connecticut. Mitch holds an honors degree in Construction Management from the University of New South Wales and is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. As executive director of the Stamford East Side Partnership and a member of the Stamford State Street Debate Club, he fosters vibrant, sustainable communities. He received the Fairfield County Business Journal Forty under 40 award for his leadership and contribution to Fairfield County's business growth. Mitch’s experience and dedication make him a formidable leader in both business and community spheres.

As Managing Partner at Wellbuilt Company, Scott oversees diverse real estate ventures, including construction, development, and asset management. Stephanie Odenath is a seasoned real estate development professional with over a decade of experience, specializing in prominent multi-family and mixed-use projects across Fairfield County, New Haven, and New York. She has held leadership roles at renowned real estate development firms in Fairfield County, contributing significantly to their success. Previously, Stephanie was a key executive team member at the ONE Group, a hospitality company based in NYC, where she played a crucial role in its national and international expansion, leading up to its public listing in 2013. Dedicated to her community, she serves as the Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the Stamford Parks Community Partnership. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU Schack and a Bachelor of Science from Colgate University.
