Meet the Team

  • Managing Partner

    Mitch Kidd cultivated his passion and work ethic for quality construction at an early age as an employee of St. Hilliers, a renowned construction, and development firm in his homeland of Australia. Since then, Mitch has served as a contractor, developer, and manager for a wide range of projects in Sydney, Aspen, Boston, and New York. Mitch holds a graduate degree with honors in Construction Management and Economics from the University of New South Wales. He is also a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses.


  • Managing Partner

    Coming from a family background in real estate and development, Scott's early passion for building led naturally into a career in property development and construction. He earned degrees in Building and Construction Management at the University of New South Wales while working full-time under a cadet ship program at St. Hilliers Construction. He gained further professional management expertise in Aspen, Colorado running several large-scale, luxury residential projects from 2006-2011 under Bob Bowden Properties and John Olson Builder.

  • Development Director

    Stephanie brings over a decade of real estate development experience, having worked on prominent multi-family and mixed-use development projects across Fairfield County, New Haven, and New York. Stephanie was also one of the original executive team employs at the ONE Group, a hospitality company based out of NYC, that she helped grow both nationally and internationally prior to it going public in 2013. Stephanie has a M.S. in Real Estate Development from NYU Schack and a B.S. from Colgate University.

  • Property Management Director

    Peter is a critical member of the Property Management team overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing property maintenance and coordinating with accounts payable and receivables. Peter works closely with prospective and existing tenants to ensure their complete satisfaction. Additionally, he manages property budgets, vendor evaluation and procurement. Peter ensures that our high standards are maintained and enjoyed by clientele. Peter was named the 2022 Leasing Agent of the Year presented by HOBI.
